The Hematology Medical Manager within Medical Affairs will be responsible for providing expert scientific capability and leadership while managing a broad range of Medical Affairs activities associated with his or her assigned products and within Hematology therapy area;

This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

  • Development and execution of strategic plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives while managing and motivating the team.
     

  • Drive clear engagement and build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to enhance scientific positioning and industry influence.
     

  • Manage the execution of the budget, ensuring adherence to financial and compliance guidelines, while ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
     

  • Serve as the internal scientific spokesperson, representing the company’s strategic and scientific vision across various teams and stakeholders.
     

  • Balance strategic leadership with operational execution, ensuring the timely development of dossiers, cross-functional collaboration, and successful regional implementation of clinical studies and product programs.
     

  • Interact with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards
     

  • Cross functional team work with key internal and external stakeholders
     

  • Evaluate and manage investigator-sponsored studies to advance research on disease and its treatment, aligned to the areas of research interest.
     

  • Deliver study reports and local publications related to local research activities.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, medicine, or related fields (advanced degree is a plus).
     

  • Proven experience in launching products within highly specialized therapeutic areas.
     

  • Recent experience in the hematology field, with up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and innovations.
     

  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with a strong ability to manage and mentor teams effectively.
     

  • Strong proactive mindset, with the ability to inspire teams and drive results through leadership and motivation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Multiple Myeloma
