Responsible for, but not limited to, month-end reporting, asset requisitions, CER's, WIP reporting, CAPEX projections, revenue projections, inventory and asset validations and other duties, as needed. Works with District Managers and Administrators as needed to ensure company policies and procedures are met.

Lends support to Finance staff and Management with month-end close by performing a variety of tasks including but not limited to the preparation and submission of asset/inventory reports for sales and depletions 
Ensures integrity, consistency, completeness and quality of financial reporting for assigned areas of responsibility.
Analyzes and takes appropriate action on invoices, purchase orders, forecasts, financial statements, expense reports and other accounting documents.  
Creates Capital Expenditure Requests (CERs) and Equipment Requisition Forms (ERFs) in accordance with RPC policy.
Monitors status of Accounts Receivable so that collections are made in a timely manner and ensures proper timing of invoice credit and rebill processes.
Ensures that timely and accurate inventories are maintained for assigned areas of responsibility. 
Communicates with client Business Unit Managers to facilitate financial reporting functions.
Addresses special project needs that may be assigned by the Vice President of Finance and Service Line Finance Manager.
Reviews a variety of complex financial data, analyzes trends, and expenses and performs research variances from preliminary financials in preparation of responses for P&L questions during month-end close out. 
Adhere to both RPC, CWC and Thru Tubing Solutions policies and procedures, as well as adhering to both industry and company safety policies. Maintain an 85% classroom and online training.
Adheres to RPC’s Code of Business Conduct, Cudd policies and specific programs and enforces company guidelines. Ensures integrity, consistency, completeness, and quality of financial reporting for assigned areas of responsibility.
