Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Provide support to the team of Account Managers within your territory.
  • Develop and grow relationships with Customers within your territory.
  • Work with Account Managers, Customer Success Managers and our Customers to build and agree a Success Plan or Maturity Roadmap, encompassing elements of: 
    - Account Governance (‘Stakeholder Management &Communications Cadence’)
    - Adoption (‘Usage’)
    - Expansion (‘Upsell’)
    - Compliance (‘Over Usage’)
    - Enablement (‘Training’)
  • Work directly with internal teams on Customer programs that focus on:
    - Renewals
    - Satisfaction surveys (eg: NPS/Industry Maturity Assessments)
    - Marketing and User events
    - Enablement
    - Referencing
  • Responsible for representing Kyriba and our solutions and services to Customers
  • Responsibly conduct business within his/her assigned accounts : in-depth understanding of the account’s strategies
  • Initiate selling activity where no relationship team or business partner is involved
  • Analyse situations and implemented solutions, or develops new approaches
  • Effectively differentiate Kyriba offerings from competitive alternatives and create Customer preference for Kyriba offerings, based on that differentiation.
  • Negotiate with team members and business partners to define approaches and goals, especially as it relates to designing solutions to meet Customer needs or defining sales action plans
  • Effectively negotiate with operational levels of Customer management, supporting successful closing of the sale.
  • Support development of business and sales strategies for communicating new developments or announcements in the specialty to customer teams

Education, Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in business & management
  • At least 1 years’ proven experience in Solution Selling across business and IT for software in Financial, Sales and Marketing applications
  • Strong track record of sales support, execution and pipeline generation.
  • Business development skills as well as a strong understanding of how software deals are transacted.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with Customers.
  • A charismatic team player, with the proven ability to be part of a high-performance organization. 
  • Pugnacious
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English is required
  • Experience in selling SaaS solutions would be an asset
