Position Summary
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage the full life cycle of the Talent Acquisition processes across all the business divisions for Panama, Central America and South America region
- Partner and lead vacancy consultation discussions with hiring managers and document recruitment plans which include role requirements, agreed time frames, roles, and responsibilities of all involved, and the selection process
- Drawing talent acquisition and sourcing strategy: hunting ground, key words, job boards for posting, market mapping and ensure exceptional candidate experience through the hiring journey
- Screen and select candidates by assessing technical or business skills as well as the culture fit with the company
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy
- Support and participate on innovation projects in Talent Acquisition area
- Collaborate with HR partners to resolve operational issues and improve workflows
- Provide administrative support for hiring activities and process documentation.
Skills and Qualifications

- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced English Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or similar field
