Job Description

This function is accountable to drive operational platform management across products and their related ecosystems. Operates in an agile operating model delivering agility at scale, innovation, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Partners closely with platform teams and sometimes customers (internal and external), the business line(s) and Agile teams to drive the evolution of the assigned product(s). Maintains and refines product backlog. Participates in the creation of user stories and acceptance criteria and prioritizes all stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum business value that align with product strategy. Acts as a liaison between the business and Agile teams, ensuring the work aligns with the vision for the products. Works closely in a hands-on style with development team to support the Platform team.

The Platform Analyst for Syndicated Loans will focus on the LoanIQ application. They partner closely with platform teams and sometimes customers (internal and external), the business line(s) and Agile teams to drive the evolution of the assigned product(s).

Responsibilities

  • Acts as a liaison between the business and Agile teams, ensuring the work aligns with the vision for the products.
  • Attends agile ceremonies, daily huddles and grooming sessions to provide input. Performs research, analysis, review, development, implementations, and monitoring.
  • Participates in the creation of user stories and acceptance criteria and prioritizes all stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum business value that align with product strategy.
  • Maintains and refines product backlog.
  • Develops test schedules, reviews testing plans, track tests issues and reports on test results.
  • Works closely in a hands-on style with development team to support the Platform team.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Experience in the LoanIQ application
  • Experience working on an Agile/Scrum team
  • Experience with Jira
  • Experience with Regression and/or User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Ability to work independently to complete tasks by the deadline, while being able to collaboratively work within a team
  • Ability to develop test schedules, review testing plans, track test issues and report on test results
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills including ability to collaborate with and empower teams
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience and ability to work in a project environment that is deadline driven

**The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days**

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $75,820.00 - $89,200.00 - $98,120.00
