Summary: As a Finance Commercial Lead, you will oversee commercial relationships with clients to optimize financial and business operations results and deliver client value. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic guidance to enhance performance and mitigate risks. You will engage with teams to ensure accountability and drive investments that align with business objectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on financial goals. - Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Credit Management. - Strong analytical skills to assess financial data and trends. - Ability to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business success. - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey financial insights to stakeholders. - Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FSCM Credit Management. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
