We’re looking for a  to support the efficient daytoday operation of our warehouse. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys handson work, thrives in a fastpaced environment, and understands that quality execution behind the scenes directly impacts customer experience. 

You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurately supporting both operational efficiency and financial integrity. 

 

About the role 

This role focuses on supporting warehouse and dispatch operations, ensuring accurate order fulfilment, inventory integrity, and a safe, wellorganised working environment. 

You’ll work both independently and collaboratively to support sales order processing, shipping coordination, documentation, and returns—while remaining flexible to support broader operational needs in a highgrowth, innovative environment. 

As EROAD continues to grow, this role requires adaptability and a proactive mindset, with opportunities to contribute beyond defined tasks when needed. 

 

As a Distribution & Warehouse Pick and packer 

, you will be responsible for: 

  • Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and correct labelling 

  • Processing sales orders in systems and generating packing slips 

  • Coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure timely dispatch 

  • Processing returns accurately within systems 

  • Maintaining clear, accurate documentation of dispatch activities, timesheets, and fulfilment records 

  • Supporting inventory accuracy through cycle counting and financial discipline 

  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe dispatch and warehouse environment 

  • Following all safety protocols and operational standards 

 

Skills and experience 

  • Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred however we are open to any work that demonstrated speed and efficiency. 

  • High school diploma or equivalent 

  • Strong time management and organisational skills 

  • Clear communication and documentation capability 

  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
