Job Description:
Ensure appropriate quality control methods are applied in production to maintain stable product performance.
Analyze process quality data, monitor variation trends, and continuously improve quality KPIs.
Lead process quality management ensure rapid response to abnormalities, and support stable production operations. tracking improvements.
Respond to customer complaints, lead root cause analysis of process quality issues, and drive corrective actions.
Lead regular process quality audits execute,make process quality audit plan, lead audits and tracking PIO.
Experience & Qualifications任职资格:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related field
1–3+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing quality
Familiar with product knowledge and manufacturing processes
Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
Proficient in QC 7 tools and familiar with core quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC)
Knowledge of standard inspection methods and criteria
Ability to read engineering drawings
Basic English reading and writing skills
Ability to systematically collect and analyze process capability data (e.g., CPK), apply data-driven problem solving, and maintain quality case databases.
