Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that all project objectives are met efficiently and effectively. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions and contribute to the overall success of the project by implementing best practices in project management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication among team members. - Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence to schedules. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Program Control Services. - Strong understanding of project lifecycle management. - Ability to utilize project management software and tools effectively. - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Program Project Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
