The Digital Commerce Senior Analyst is a subject matter expert (SME) responsible for managing the end‑to‑end digital content lifecycle across PIM, DAM, GDSN, and syndication platforms. The role ensures high‑quality product content—including copy, digital assets, and metadata—is accurately managed, syndicated, published, and monitored across retailer channels and Product Detail Pages (PDPs). The Senior Analyst operates independently on assigned workloads, supports client interactions, and contributes to operational stability, data governance, and KPI‑driven insights.
Content Management
Maintain and validate product copy, digital assets, and metadata in PIM/DAM.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with governance and data‑quality standards.
- Support content updates and lifecycle maintenance.
Syndication & Retailer Support
- Execute product content syndication via PIM/DAM.
- Provide basic retailer platform support.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and escalate syndication issues per SLAs.
Publication Monitoring
- Track product content on retailer PDPs.
- Identify and resolve publication gaps or inconsistencies.
- Maintain trackers and reporting.
Endpoint & Platform Support
- Manage support cases from intake to resolution.
- Partner with technical teams on integration or platform issues.
- Ensure timely resolution per processes and SLAs.
GDSN Support
- Validate, synchronize, and resolve GDSN data issues.
- Support maintenance of GDSN processes and external data pools.
Reporting & Insights
- Deliver KPI‑aligned reports and dashboards.
- Analyze content quality and syndication performance.
- Identify and escalates risks.
Decision Scope
- Operates with moderate autonomy and serves as an SME in content, syndication, and GDSN.
Required Skills & Capabilities
Typically 2–4+ years of experience in eCommerce operations, or related fields, Retailers.
English B2+ (written and verbal).
Experience working in enterprise, SLA-driven environments with client-facing responsibilities.
Hands-on experience working with content management and syndication platforms, such as PIMs and DAMs, to manage, enrich, and distribute digital content at scale. (e.g., Salsify, Syndigo, WorldSync, Akeneo).
Understanding of digital asset management practices, including ingestion, annotation, cataloging, storage, and retrieval.
Knowledge of GDSN processes and data synchronization (through 1WorldSync, Syndigo or Salsify).
Experience supporting retailer platforms, PDP publication and monitoring.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
Familiarity with project and workflow management tools (JIRA, SharePoint, Workfront, Project Office, etc.).
