What you can expect

Reporting to the Global Head of Zoom Spaces, you will work with existing and new customers. You will provide them video conference room solutions and workspace tools to meet their hybrid work needs.

About the Team

Our Zoom Spaces Team works with our direct & channel sales teams, and Hardware partners, to grow our existing Zoom Rooms and Spaces business. The team contributes to the sales experience (presale & existing) by helping businesses grow with our product. We are the subject matter experts on our Zoom Spaces products, which includes Zoom Rooms, Conference Room Connector, Workspace Reservation, Visitor Management & more. This requires understanding the scope of the market and how Zoom Spaces solve customer/issues.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience selling room collaboration technologies to mid-market customers

  • Experience conducting presentations, online web demos, adhering and adopting a measured sales process

  • Use Salesforce to manage a multi-channel pipeline and forecast

  • Work with management to achieve forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions
