Summary: As a Security Architect, you will define the security architecture, ensuring that it meets the business requirements and performance goals. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding the operational technology (OT) security. Your typical day will involve designing and implementing security solutions, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the security of our systems and data. Roles & Responsibilities: - Create end to end project plan as client's contract and lead offshore transformation projects for clients. - Lead OT Network green and brownfield implementation engagements. - Manage delivery timelines as agreed with client to deliver the projects without escalation. - Work with On-Shore and Off-Shore stakeholders for team onboarding and manage team's chargeability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Knowledge on IT/OT integration requirements. - Network design document development. - Hands on experience in implementing L1, L2, L3 and L3.5 layers of Purdue Model. - Understanding of protocols but not limited to vLANs, OSPF, EIGRP, RIPv2, IS-IS, BGP. - Experience in implementing wireless network for OT L1 and IIoT networks. - Integrating and implementing security features like SSL/TLS 2.0/AES-256. - Deep understanding and implementation knowledge on LAN/WAN/SDN. - Implementation of IIoT Edge Gateways and Zero-Trust Architectures. - Play the role of individual contributor to lead initiatives like Proof of Concept or act as an SME working with global SME's for client projects. - Experience in leading 2 Projects on Network design/re-design. - Hands on experience in implementing network protocols and security controls. - Experience in managing team and financials across multiple geography is an advantage. - Should have experience in managing and aligning to client expectations. - Good communication skills Additional information: -The candidate should have experience in Operational Technology (OT) Security. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
