Job Description:

Qualification:

• Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, or any other related field or equivalent.
• Should have experience in implementing large systems following full SDLC.

Experience: 

• 5+ to 6.5 years Experience in IT Industry working on Mainframe technologies

Accountabilities:

• Develop, code, test, and debug programs for medium to large IT Projects 
• Ongoing support of business applications by problem analysis, resolution, reporting and escalation as required.
• Reverse Engineering, Analysis, Coding, testing, debugging and providing relevant comments/documentation for the application managed.
• Participating and sharing Functional/Technical knowledge with the rest of the team.
• Participates in post-implementation reviews of both application development content and process to maximize and share learning.
• Understand the requirements for new project initiatives, medium to high complexity enhancements, participate in design and complete the development and unit testing.
• Participates in conference calls and able to communicate effectively

• Create or modify highly complex programs where performance, efficiency, and reliability are critical.
• Very Strong analytical abilities
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of business processes.
• Advocate the best practices in technical requirements and methodologies.
