How you’ll spend your time:  

  • Developing new COI relationships and nurturing established COI relationships: coordinating/attending meetings with COI firms at events, assisting with sponsored events where COIs are present, creating events that engage COIs, facilitating introductions between COIs and firm leadership/business development reps
  • Engaging key targets consistently through email, LinkedIn campaigns and one-on-one LinkedIn interactions, collaborating on creating content that will appeal to key targets
  • Developing and executing various email outreach campaigns: regionally specific, product specific, etc.
  • Document all lead generation activities in Salesforce (web, calls, emails, meetings etc.)
  • Monitor and manage assignment of inbound inquiries received via web, email and call center via Salesforce
  • Prioritize leads and manage lead development with sales team
  • Contribute to the preparation of various marketing pieces and presentations related to the business development efforts of the Institutional Banking line of business
  • Stay current on industry trends related to various offerings within the Institutional Banking division including Fund Servicing, Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency and Custody.
  • Develop expertise in lead generation sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and others
  • Develop expertise in the various Institutional Banking divisions including Fund Servicing, Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency and Custody.
  • Represent UMB at industry conferences as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned

We’re excited to talk with you if:

  • You possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • You possess at least (3) years experience in B2B sales or marketing
  • You possess at least (3) years of experience with Salesforce and/or LinkedIn
  • Understanding of basic deal structure and an ability to use pro-forma presentation of pricing data
  • Strong technical writing and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively use Word, PowerPoint, Excel LinkedIn and Salesforce

Compensation Range:

Minimum: $57,760.00 - Maximum: $149,000.00
