This individual will be joining as the Program Manager to implement strategic initiatives for S2P. This role requires managing multiple interconnected initiatives and will require cross collaboration between teams within & outside S2P. These initiatives will touch on all or some core tenants of the initiative, i.e Process, People, Policies and Technology and will require effective cross collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop Project plan and map out dependencies across different initiatives and any associated risks
• Plan and manage program timelines, resources, and risks.
• Provide timeline recommendations for inter-dependent initiatives, as needed
• Own and manage RAID log, Governance and sign-off process
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure collaboration across projects.
• Monitor and report on program performance using KPIs and regular status updates.
• Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams.
