JOB DESCRIPTION:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • 达成区域销售指标,完成KPI。
  • 收集分析销售数据,开展目标门店店员教育。
  • 组织执行跟进产品推广活动,执行市场部项目,评估项目执行效果,区域内业务机会拓展
  • 标门店日常走访,价格维护,陈列维护,跟踪产品有效期,库存管理
  • 收集市场信息与产品经理沟通,定期向地区经理汇报计划及执行情况
  • 协助地区经理制定区域零售药房推广策略。
  • 熟悉产品知识
  • 完成公司规定的各类报表

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2年或以上营养品行业或制药行业的销售经验,有外企工作背景者优先考虑
  • 2年或以上销售经验,有OTC销售经验优先考虑
  • 良好的分析及解决问题能力
  • 良好的谈判技巧
  • 良好的跨部门合作能力
  • 具备基本的英语听说读写能力
  • 能够熟练使用相关的办公软件 i.e word/excel/PPT
  • 根据工作需要,安排合理的出差
