We are now Hiring for “Supply Chain - Business Operations Transformation Lead” role at Chennai location.
The primary role will be to own and manage end-to-end Supply Chain operations and transformation across Physical Claims (Sales Returns), Logistics, Procurement, Order Management, Partner Payment Reconciliation and Pricing processes. Ensure seamless operations, perform deep-dive analysis where needed, generate insights on failures, and drive corrective actions. Furthermore, Drive end-to-end supply chain transformation by reengineering processes, challenging the status quo, and implementing innovative, scalable solutions.
In parallel, lead partner payment reconciliation activities, analyze spend patterns, and deliver actionable business insights. Additionally, own Pricing and Inventory analysis, along with reporting and analytics for the Services Supply Chain. Manage day-to-day tactical and operational activities to ensure business continuity and performance.
Expectations from the Role:
Act as a trusted team member, providing innovative and scalable solutions across SAP and non-SAP environments
Manage and optimize Sales Order Returns, Logistics, Procurement, and Order Management supply chain processes
Drive and support key Supply Chain transformation initiatives across Product and Services domains by challenging the status quo
Collaborate across diverse teams, regions, and supply chain models, operating effectively with minimal direction
Exercise independent judgment within defined frameworks to determine appropriate solutions and actions
Interpret policies, evaluate complex and unique scenarios, and provide well-reasoned recommendations aligned with organizational goals

Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with
First level university degree (Engineering preferred)
Must have minimum 17-20 years of experience in Supply Chain function
Experience in more than one supply chain function with primary focus on Sales Order Returns, Logistics (both Forward and Reverse), Procurement, Order Management, Pricing and Partner Payment Recons
Minimum 6-8 years of experience in various SAP S4 arenas (Forward Logistics, Reverse Logistics, Procurement and Sales Order management and Material Master)
In addition, 6-8 years of experience in driving / owning / leaderng end-to-end Supply Chain Process Reengineering / Transformation projects / programs across countries
Must possess strong knowledge of various business flows in SAP pertaining to logistics, procurement and order management and must act as an SME when / where required
Deep knowledge of EDIs including creation, simulation and trouble shooting.
Vocal and proactive in challenging “business as usual operating models” and driving innovative solutions in the product and services supply chain domain
Strong Project Management skills to lead cross-functional teams; recognized as Subject Matter Expert.
