By being part of this team, you will work from Monday to Friday, in a hybrid set-up from our offices in Bucharest and/or Brasov or remote from any other city.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Provide individual employee coaching and guidance across key talent areas;

  • Support major HR processes (e.g., performance achievement, onboarding, engagement);

  • Resolve employee issues related to career development, compensation, training, and performance;

  • Partner with Talent Strategy, HR teams, and business leaders to execute talent and inclusion initiatives;

  • Use data and storytelling to deliver insights on key talent metrics to the business;

  • Support employee experience improvements through automation, process efficiencies, and listening insights;

  • Collaborate with Employee Relations, Legal, and Mobility teams to ensure compliance and manage escalations;

  • Identify and recommend talent for development programs and guide employees toward suitable roles.

Skills that make your work successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; or equivalent experience;

  • 3–4 years of experience in Human Resources, with exposure to employee relations and performance management;

  • Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements;

  • Strong communication, leadership, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills;

  • Ability to analyze HR metrics and deliver data-driven recommendations;

  • Proven capability to build strong relationships with employees and business leaders;

  • Familiarity with talent management, organizational development, and change management;

  • Strong initiative, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple HR projects;

  • Excellent attention to detail, planning, and organizational skills;

  • Advanced level of English (mandatory) and C1 in Italian written and spoken level.
