What would you do? Support the business planning process via accurate sales information analysis and demand forecasting process to ensure company plan objectives are achieved
1. Develop good working relationships with peers within Marketing functions and EM in order to facilitate knowledge sharing.
2. Build and maintain good working relationships within department and intra-department to support implementation and smooth execution of demand forecasting within the S&OP process.
Innovation Results:
1. Identify and propose improvement opportunities in current process to enhance the effectiveness of the demand planning process within the organisation.
2. Continuously strive to improve current tools and methodologies to improve forecasting accuracy.
A solution used to support Forecast market demand for company`s products and produce a consensus demand plan either in volume or value or both. Make use of automated planning and management by exception.

2. Hands-on experience in data toolsets, demand planning softwares and programs, statistics, forecast modeling.
3. A graduate in Engineering / Statistics / Econs / Maths / MBA would be an added advantage
4. Good commercial awareness and strong understanding of domain along with CLIENT strategy and
business model
5. Excellent management, coaching and motivational skills are essential due to the number of staff
within the departments.
6. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with senior and other levels of staff in all departments and companies both within the Group and externally.
7. 4+ years of work experience in domain, senior stakeholder management and project management in a large scale organisation.
8. Good understanding of End To End Supply Chain Management
9. Good understanding of SC Planning tools: JDA (advanced) and SAP / SAP APO
10. Highly disciplined in data and documentation management
11. Highly skilled in Excel
12. Strong Project Management skills
13. Writing, communication, organizational, and decision making skills to a high standard and in fluent English (the working language).
14. Highly numerate with the ability to make decisions and judgements, the ability to work in a changing environment generating innovative ideas and creative solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities: Operational:
1. Build the necessary tools/models to support demand forecasting for monthly demand planning, annual demand planning and ad-hoc requests.
2. Provide accurate and timely volume performance analysis to facilitate demand forecasting.
3. Ensure accurate and timely reporting as per the Regional guidelines.
4. Manage forecasting process and improve forecasting accuracy.
5. Coordinate local forecasting process, co build short and mid-term demand plan with Sales & Marketing team
6. Propose demand plan based on statistical analysis (considering market trends, customers vision, expected exceptional, guidelines issued from previous S&OP cycles)
7. Co-operate with the Product and Marketing teams to understand the product availability and coming Marketing activities
8. Consolidate the product-level forecasts from the sales teams
9. Provide visibility on product performance and reveal a trend towards lower or higher margin products for management team for fact-based decision making
10. Maintain demand plan to ensure cost effectiveness and to meet customer needs
11. Work with sales teams and supply chain management to improve forecast accuracy
1. Develop own managerial skills as identified and agreed in personal development plan.
2. Develop and coach the Team Leaders technical and managerial skills, supporting their career development.
3. Work with Marketing Functions to develop, train and coach the executive and managers, ensuring that there is a clear succession plan in place.
4. Exhibit leadership capabilities in engagement with key stakeholders through behaviours and attitudes which are in line with the guiding principles.
1. Monitor resource utilisation and ensure that resource allocation is being managed effectively enabling the team to meet agreed Service Level Agreements.
2. Set clear annual performance objectives for direct reports and carry out performance reviews against the objectives as per the agreed schedule, ensuring that the team have clear direction and know what is expected of them.
3. Streamline demand forecast, ensure the synchronity of the targets and forecast across all functions
4. Track actual sales performance against forecast, provide analysis and Manage for remedial action.
5. Monitor the tracking up-take of project stocks from FGS and distributor warehouse against forecast.
