Job Description:

We are looking for someone who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by performing administrative tasks in the Brokerage department. You are part of this team!

What will you do in a day?

  • Contact customers to obtain the information required for customs clearance.
  • Ensure that all documentation complies with EU customs regulations.
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding duties, taxes, and customs procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of communications and customs clearance documents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely clearance of shipments.

What do we expect from you?

  • Previous experience in a call center environment – preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • High school diploma (12th grade) – preferred
  • Fluent in Portuguese
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Results orientation
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Team spirit
  • Working schedule: 14:00–18:00, Monday to Friday
