Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership for design of complex automation to support R&D development programs and new innovations.

  • Provide leadership for design of complex tooling and fixturing to support R&D development programs and new innovations.

  • Manage internal and external vendors including quotes, contracts, invoicing, etc.

  • Provide technical support to R&D development teams for automation and tooling designs for early-stage product development.

  • Identify new technologies to support improvements in automation and tooling development.

  • Provide mentorship and training to junior engineers.

  • Provide project management on larger complex equipment builds and installation.

  • Adheres to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum Education: High School Diploma, BS Engineering Degree of Equivalent Experience, Technical certification, Senior Trades, Relevant technical qualification or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum Experience: 15 years related experience.

Knowledge & Skills:

Special Skills:

  • Team player, with ability to work, and lead, a cross-functional team, local, or multi-site, project team.

  • Ability to work without requiring supervision, giving periodic updates, at facility level, and at corporation level.

  • Co-ordinates, influences, and drives execution of tasks, at the local site, & across sites.

  • Must have a working knowledge of ISO and applicable customer and regulatory standards.
