Job Description:

You Are

A hands‑on revenue manager who oversees core revenue operations, pricing translation, billing accuracy, and financial integrity for the Presort business. You manage complex revenue workflows, ensure contract terms translate correctly into billing, and provide the analysis and insights needed for accurate forecasting and margin protection. You work closely with Pricing, Finance, Client Success, and Operations to drive consistency, reduce leakage, and strengthen revenue performance across the network.

You Will

Revenue Strategy & Pricing Execution

  • Analyze USPS rate cases and manage updates to pricing, RPP tables, and client rate structures.
  • Manage the execution of national discount programs, volume‑based incentives, and growth incentive structures.
  • Coordinate with Sales/Client Success to evaluate pricing scenarios that balance competitiveness and margin.
  • Support development of annual RPP targets across classes, products, and network segments.

Revenue Operations & Billing Management

  • Oversee day‑to‑day billing accuracy, including rate‑table updates, contractual terms, adjustments, and exception handling.
  • Manage resolution of customer deficits, disputes, and underbilling exposures.
  • Monitor customer deposit requirements, forecasting, and compliance.
  • Implement controls and process improvements to reduce revenue leakage and improve billing consistency.

Revenue Reporting, Forecasting & Analytics

  • Manage monthly revenue reporting, variance analysis, and insights for Finance and Operations.
  • Manage inputs and analysis for revenue projections during budget cycles, monthly forecasts, and long‑range planning.
  • Maintain and enhance dashboards for revenue, RPP, discounts, deposits, and incentive performance.
  • Conduct PVM (Price/Volume/Mix) analysis across network, region, and site levels.

Contract Governance & Commercial Execution

  • Review client contracts to ensure accurate financial terms, discount alignment, and billing feasibility.
  • Coordinate with Legal and Sales on renewals, pricing updates, and national agreements.
  • Manage the translation of contract terms into billing and revenue execution.

Cross‑Functional Coordination

  • Manage coordination with Operations to align production, volume mix, and cost‑to‑serve with pricing and revenue goals.
  • Work with Corporate Finance and FP&A on close activities, accruals, and revenue‑related adjustments.
  • Support Client Success on escalations, revenue disputes, and pricing clarification.

Process Improvement & Systems Management

  • Lead process improvements across revenue workflows (rate tables, billing, RPP, deposits, discounts).
  • Maintain SOPs and controls to improve speed, accuracy, and transparency.
  • Drive automation and standardization within revenue operations and billing processes.

You Bring

  • 6–10 years in Pricing, Revenue Management, FP&A, or O2C operations.
  • Strong understanding of USPS mail classes, postal rate cases, and Presort economics (or ability to learn quickly).
  • Experience with revenue modeling, pricing analytics, rate‑case translation, and PVM analysis.
  • Proficiency with financial systems and ERPs (Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, etc.).
  • Strong cross‑functional communication skills with Sales, Legal, Ops, and Finance.
  • Ability to manage complex workflows, drive process improvements, and ensure revenue accuracy.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to connect operational data to financial outcomes.

Compensation:

The wage range for this position is $140,000-$160,000 / year, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements.

Location:

This is a hybrid role, with 4 days in the Shelton, CT office required. (No relocation assistance offered.)
