We are looking to hire one (1) intern who will work in our Cedar Rapids, IA, office and under a hybrid work model. A minimum of two (2) days per week in the office is required. We are unable to hire on a remote, work-from-home basis, with the internship not available for students who have completed their college undergraduate education or who will graduate prior to the conclusion of the internship.
The internship will start in May 2025 and with a duration of up to twelve (12) weeks. It is estimated the intern will work 35-40 hours per week.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
This internship will offer asset management investment experience in supporting our Latin-America sales efforts. You will be part of the client relationship, sales & marketing department. You will work closely with our sales staff to create fund comparison reports versus competitors using Morningstar data systems. During the internship you will learn what clients look for when they are determining the best funds to invest in. This position is a very hands-on opportunity and allows you to better understand the overall asset management business and how we grow assets at the company. In practice, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting the sales team in providing follow up responses from questions clients have on the investment funds we manage.
- Creating reports for senior leaders of our company which demonstrate the results we are achieving in the Latin-American markets.
This would be your future internship because you:
- Are currently enrolled full-time at a college or university pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or similar field.
- Are available per May 2025 for an estimated 35-40 hours per week.
- Have strong written & verbal communications skills.
- Are able to work as part of a team.
- Are detail-oriented, reliable and dependable.
- Have a solid understanding of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Can work in our Cedar Rapids, IA office and work a minimum of two (2) days per week in the office.
Who will be your new colleagues?
- Mentor support will be provided by the Managing Director, Strategic Partnerships, and you will work closely with the Associate Director and Sales Associate for the Strategic Partnerships team. You will be located in our Cedar Rapids office where you will have the chance to meet other interns.

- This internship is not available for students who have completed their college undergraduate education or who will graduate prior to the conclusion of the internship.
Job and compensation levels depend upon an applicant’s qualifications including the extent of candidate’s relevant experience and other job-related factors and will be determined by hiring supervisors/managers and HR.
