In this position as Program Manager IV, you will play a vital leadership role in supporting subspecialty sections across key operational domains that are central to the Head and Neck Department as well as Endocrine Surgery Center’s growth and sustainability. As Program Manager IV, responsibilities include managing implementation and maintenance of designated programs, planning, developing and maintaining systems and procedures and participating in the budgetary process. You also will act as a liaison between the department and outside communities, serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
This caregiver works days from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities.
Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside the community.
Facilitate implementation of staff wellness initiatives
Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
Oversee the development of training materials and education of staff, advanced practice providers, other allied health professionals and trainees within the department for academic advancement and promotions.
Allocate time to meet completion requirements.
Facilitate strategic planning and operational implementation
Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
Participate in process improvement activities.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational, financial management and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research, and business plan development
Strong presentation, communication and training skills required for most positions
Six years of related experience; healthcare setting preferred OR Master’s degree and five years of experience
