To help grow this business in a fast-paced, competitive landscape, HP is seeking an experienced Product Management Operations Lead to help accelerate the delivery of new innovations to market. This new position will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continually optimizing the product operating model for HPWS. Specifically, this role will drive adoption of the new product development lifecycle, create a center of excellence for product managers, and identify, recommend, and support the rollout of consistent product management tooling. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a get-it-done attitude to successfully drive change.

They have a customer-focused mindset and thrive in a fast-paced environment, and display expertise in product-led growth processes They can manage multiple projects simultaneously and have strong organizational skills. About the Role
Drive the execution of the new product operating model across product teams, with an initial focus on the product development lifecycle, product management capabilities and tooling.
Create/curate artifacts for the product development lifecycle to save product managers time, provide a level of consistency across the business units, and improve the quality of stage gate artifacts.
Facilitate communication and collaboration across the product teams and other functions to understand their unique needs and challenges as they adopt the product operating model.
Act as an evangelist for the Product Management Center of Excellence across product teams, sharing the artifacts, tools, resources, reference examples and best practices that will help product managers and product teams work more effectively.
Provide ongoing product management process/tools training across organization.
Define, select, and roll out new product management tooling for innovation pipeline, customer journey mapping, and product roadmapping.
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to the product managers and product teams on the product operating model principles, practices, and tools.
Define and measure the outcomes/OKRs for the product operating model and product management operations.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve or streamline product management processes, develop and document processed based on the team’s learning, and the changing needs of product managers.
About You
You have at least 10 years of experience in product management and/or experience operationalizing product-led growth & agile processes in large enterprise software or services companies.
You have a strong knowledge and understanding of the product lifecycle, product management methodologies, and product operating model best practices and standards.
You are familiar with, and ideally experienced with, with agile development methodologies, along with one or more of these product management methodologies: Silicon Valley Product Group, Product Led Growth, or Pragmatic.
Your experience has proven that you can drive complex change initiatives across matrixed organizations.
You know the difference between delivering outcomes to the business, versus output – and you are intent on delivering the former, not the latter.
You are comfortable communicating with all levels and are especially effective at dialogue and narrative-form writing.
Communicating also means collaboration: you thrive on the challenges and benefits of working in cross-functional and agile teams, bringing out different voices to get to a better answer, faster.
You are proficient in using various product management and product operating model tools and software.
You understand how important data is in driving product decisions, and bring your analytical know-how to the important task of improving data-driven processes across product management, as well as measuring your own KPIs.
Bachelor’s in business, computer science, engineering, product management, MSIS or similar field, or equivalent, relevant work experience.
