The Technology and Operations (Tech & Ops) Risk team is responsible for providing specialist Operational Risk and Compliance (OR&C) advice, assurance and acceptance/approval of decisions made by Line 1 Technology, COO and Supplier.
Do work that matters:
As an Executive Assistant within Tech & Ops Risk, you will support General Manager/s, and provide assistance to the CRO and COO on a regular basis. You will be responsible for managing day to day activity, organise travel and HR support, coordinate events, provide assistance with planning, and manage actions and issues closure on behalf of the leadership team. You will coordinate with other EAs within the team on a regular basis.
This is a permanent role based at South Eveleigh. We also offer remote working and a flexible workplace.
In any given week you will be responsible for:
Management of leader priorities and diary, printing of documents and agendas
Management actions assigned to General Managers
Develop GM leadership team meeting agendas, circulate papers and actions
Assist with assessing and vetting emails received, collating relevant facts and data to assist the GMs in providing a timely response to matters.
Efficient sourcing and distribution of all relevant materials including agendas, minutes and papers.
Apply judgement to assess and filter information and requests based on importance and relevance
Manage expenses, invoices, procurement, travel and itineraries, company assets (eg laptops), ensuring they are tracked against budget and Group policy
Provide support to the COO team planning and tracking of Tech & Ops Risk events, training and property changes
Understand remit of role and adhere to group policies and procedures in respect to information and confidentiality. Maintain a high degree of confidentiality on behalf of LT
Assist with resource hires, on/off boarding, organizational structure changes

Experience managing at the General Manager level
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
Strong events, planning, prioritisation and organizational skills
Strong spelling, grammar, punctuation and proof reading skills
Sound financial skills
Sound risk and change management skills
Sound data skills
Availability on-site at Sydney offices, with variable hours and remote working
