Trimble is seeking a meticulous and proactive professional to take ownership of our incentive compensation process, transforming complex data into accurate payouts for our dynamic, fast-paced Transportation and Logistics division.

T&L: In the Transportation & Logistics segment, our solutions make it safer, simpler and more efficient to move freight—bringing together a global network of shippers, carriers, brokers and 3PLs.
In this role, you will be the driving force behind operationalizing variable incentives for key global teams, directly influencing sales motivation and financial accuracy while shaping the future of compensation strategy within our Revenue Operations hub.
• Spearhead the execution, calculation, and delivery of monthly and quarterly variable compensation payouts for multiple international teams.
• Empower the field organization by resolving complex compensation inquiries with a highly supportive and customer-centric approach.
• Manage dynamic incentive changes, including the administration of strategic SPIFF plans approved by leadership.
• Oversee the compensation management platform, ensuring absolute accuracy of data tables, reporting metrics, and calculation logic.
• Partner directly with leadership and internal audit teams to provide up-to-date performance metrics and maintain compliance.
• Proven experience managing or supporting variable compensation and incentive-based plans, preferably within a fast-paced technology environment.
• Advanced proficiency in handling large data sets using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong detail orientation with a track record of meeting strict deadlines while managing requests laterally and upwards.
• Excellent, inclusive communication skills suitable for collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience utilizing specialized incentive compensation management platforms, with a strong preference for Everstage.
• Familiarity with major CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
