The Senior Director, Commercial Platforms is accountable for the strategy, delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of Smith+Nephew’s global commercial technology platforms. This leader oversees the Salesforce ecosystem and related commercial systems, ensuring they deliver measurable business value, adhere to global standards, and support commercial excellence across all regions.
In this role, the Senior Director partners closely with business leaders, Product Owners, Global Process Owners, and IT delivery teams to drive harmonized processes, scalable platform capabilities, and high‑quality solution delivery through modern Agile and DevOps practices.

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $212,813-$287,938 USD annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
