About the Role

- Digitalization and Operational Initiatives: Drive initiatives aimed at digitalization and operational procedures to enhance customer and channel experiences.
- Streamline Internal Processes: Propose and implement strategies to optimize internal processes, including lean methodologies and reengineering, to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support Team Goals: Assist the manager in ensuring that the Payment Solutions team's objectives align with the company's overall strategic and operational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and Participate in Initiatives:Drive and engage in payment initiatives and company strategic projects to fulfill business requirements, including digitalization projects and company campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with OBS, IT, and other departments to ensure smooth implementation by the predefined target date.
  • System Liaison for Growing Efficiency:Collaborate with IT and OBS to improve systems, automate processes, and implement validation rules. Focus on enhancing payment process efficiency and minimizing manual tasks.
  • Participate in digitalization efforts within the payment domain.
  • Digital Promotion Support:Assist in digital promotion efforts, including communication with channels, agency visits, and preparation of promotional materials to achieve company objectives.
  • Project Communication: Effectively communicate project status, updates, and deliverables to both external and internal collaborators.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as periodically assigned by management to meet business needs.
  • Conduct visits to channels for digitalization promotion.
  • Participate in cross-departmental meetings focused on digitalization projects, new processes, guidelines, initiatives, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct monthly meetings with the department.
  • Participate in monthly operations meetings.
  • Attend weekly or bi-weekly meetings with the project team.
  • Engage in any additional meetings or communications as requested.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional communication abilities and a professional appearance.
  • Strong interest in effective problem-solving.
  • Comprehensive understanding of payment systems and customer experience.
  • Collaborative teammate with a strong sense of responsibility and the capability to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must acquire the relevant license if the role involves regulated activities.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with IIQE papers 1, 3, and 5.
