Job Description

The Craft Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Project Team by managing various aspects related to craft personnel. This includes handling administrative tasks, coordinating orientations, and serving as a primary contact for craft employees. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee Craft New Hire paperwork and physicals, including processing new hire packets and entering data into WorkDay.

· Coordinate and present Craft New Hire Orientation in collaboration with the Craft Talent Partner.

· Maintain manpower log for all craft.

· Process craft hires, re-hires, terminations, and changes of status in WorkDay.

· Act as a point of contact for craft employees addressing questions related to benefits, time, and phone/iPad/laptops.

· Submit per diem requests for traveling craft employees.

· Assist Superintendents and Project Managers with various craft-related needs.

· Collaborate with Regional and National Team Members, including HR, Craft Benefits Generalist, Craft Talent Partners, Payroll, and Safety Team for comprehensive craft support.

· Utilize company systems such as WorkDay, Rhumbix, CMiC, to enter data & run/generate reports as needed.

· Coordinate lunch orders, trainings and meetings as needed.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage tasks, produce quality work and consistently meet deadlines. The successful candidate will possess:

· Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred-ability to read, write and speak.

· Excellent listening skills and strong communication skills.

· People centric and self-motivated.

· Ability to identify and resolve issues.

· Professionalism and pleasant demeanor.

· Proficient computer skills.

· 2+ years of administrative work.

· A strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude

· This position is salaried.
