What we are looking for:

You will report into the facilities manager and be responsible for a diverse range of duties such as; cleaning, general site maintenance, ground maintenance and ensuring the site is always kept safe and secure at all times. 

Working Hours:

Flexible working pattern including Saturdays and Sundays consisting of a rotating shift pattern, 5 days out of 7, depending on the needs of the Business

What you need to have:

  • Full UK Driving experience
  • Previous FM experience
  • Determined ‘can-do’ attitude, positive views when faced with challenges and have a flexible approach towards hours and tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Awareness of L8 Legionellosis
