Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in the ongoing technical support and maintenance of both production and development systems, ensuring that software products operate smoothly across various platforms. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting issues, providing hardware and software support, and implementing technology solutions at the operating system level, all while adhering to defined operating models and processes. You will work both remotely and onsite, addressing challenges that arise in server and network areas, and ensuring that configured services are running optimally. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of technical processes and procedures to enhance team knowledge. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA). - Strong understanding of database management and optimization techniques. - Experience with backup and recovery strategies for database systems. - Familiarity with performance tuning and monitoring tools. - Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL for database querying and scripting. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
