Job Summary:

The Ancillary Product Coordinator is responsible for all functions related ancillary products (GAP or Service Contracts) financed by United Auto Credit including cancellations, claims, and fielding customer inquiries. All position responsibilities are to be completed in compliance with United Auto Credit policies and procedures as well as all federal, state and local regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process customer requests for product cancellation.
  • Process, review and approve or deny GAP claims.
  • Review accounts terminated early for eligibility for refund of unused ancillary products.
  • Answer inquiries from customers and internal agents regarding ancillary products.
  • Serve as liaison for customers in processing GAP claims or product cancellations for third party ancillary products.
  • Serve as liaison with Dealer Compliance department to recover refunds from dealers for third party ancillary products.

Language Ability

  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate in person, in writing and by telephone.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.

Compensation

  • $14.00 to $17.00 an hour based on experience
  • Eligible for monthly bonuses
