This newly created Team Manager Analyst role offers an exciting opportunity for a driven and emerging leader to step into a strategic leadership position within our Regional Business Banking team.

You’ll lead a high-performing team of Analysts and Account Managers and -be responsible for shaping the regions business by building relationships, developing local capability, and laying the groundwork for long-term success. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a region full of promise, play a pivotal role in establishing a strong local presence and unlocking new potential across the region.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and coach a team of Analysts and Account Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development.
• Champion best-practice sales and service delivery, ensuring alignment with RAB credit and compliance standards.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and business partners to support team success.
• Drive capability uplift across the Centre, ensuring frontline staff are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
• Identify and manage risk proactively, sharing insights and supporting course correction where needed.
• Promote a curious mindset and encourage adoption of technology across the team.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience as a senior analyst with strong credit and risk skills.
• Leadership experience is highly regarded, but we also welcome high-performing senior team members ready to step into leadership.
• Strong commercial acumen and deep understanding of financial services products.
• Proven ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across teams.
• Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes.
