We are seeking a Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic to carry out maintenance and repairs to our Mobile Crane fleet and Trucks across Moranbah and Dysart branches.

About you: 

As the successful applicant you will be able to demonstrate their ability to: 

• Maintain plant, equipment and vehicles to a high standard 

• Identify any required parts for the fleet and order as required 

• Ensure that all maintenance and repairs meet the demands of the depot 

• Perform any other suitable duties as directed by the employer. 

You will have:

In addition, we welcome applicants who possess: 

• Heavy Vehicle Mechanic Trade Certificate  

• Previous experience in Cranes, preferred but not essential, truck and trailor experience strongly preferred.

• Experience in Hydraulics

• Experience in diagnostic software, 

• Basic to intermediate IT skills (Microsoft Outlook and Word), 

• Basic Auto Electrical knowledge, preferred but not essential.

• Driver’s License (Minimum HR License desirable) 

• Strong ability to solve problems and reach outcomes 

• Sound communication skills
