What you’ll do
- Support senior coverage bankers with pitches, analysis, customer KYC and onboarding.
- Conduct financial analysis, sector research and credit analysis.
- Prepare materials for internal committees and support approval processes.
- Coordinate with product partners (DCM, FX, Rates, Lending, ESG, Credit and others) on client opportunities.
- Monitor client portfolios, financial developments and capital markets events.

Entry requirements
To be eligible for our NatWest Markets graduate programme in Frankfurt, you’ll need:
- To have, or be on course to achieving, a 2.3 in your bachelor’s degree.
- Fluency in English and German.
- A proven interest in corporate finance and capital markets.
- A genuine desire to build a client-facing career in corporate banking.
- The ability to adapt well in a rapidly changing environment.
- An entrepreneurial approach to your work.
- A strong customer focus.
