What you’ll do

• Support senior coverage bankers with pitches, analysis, customer KYC and onboarding.
• Conduct financial analysis, sector research and credit analysis.
• Prepare materials for internal committees and support approval processes.
• Coordinate with product partners (DCM, FX, Rates, Lending, ESG, Credit and others) on client opportunities.
• Monitor client portfolios, financial developments and capital markets events.

Entry requirements

To be eligible for our NatWest Markets graduate programme in Frankfurt, you’ll need:

• To have, or be on course to achieving, a 2.3 in your bachelor’s degree.
• Fluency in English and German.
• A proven interest in corporate finance and capital markets.
• A genuine desire to build a client-facing career in corporate banking.
• The ability to adapt well in a rapidly changing environment.
• An entrepreneurial approach to your work.
• A strong customer focus.
