About the Role

Manage medical process and other admin process (refund, policy contract and CPF)

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard of panel of medical doctors for insurance examination; handle enquiries from internal staff and clinic; manage feedback on service delivery.
  • Mange the payment and reimbursement process for medical examination (ME) including offshore medical provider.
  • Handle requests for attending physician statements (APS) including billing and follow up on completion.
  • Handle administrative matters relating to digital medical examination.
  • Handle contract fix it and policy contract listing daily; ad hoc request for hardcopy contracts.
  • Handle refund of premium.
  • Handle CPF OA, SA, SRS application.
  • Manage projects or tasks as assigned by the supervisors

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration / Banking and Finance
  • Competency in PowerPoint and Excel skills
