Analog Devices is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to support supply chain planning and execution for high‑growth segments within the data center ecosystem. This role is responsible for managing demand–supply alignment, delivery performance, and cross‑functional execution across assigned product portfolios and customers.

The position partners closely with Demand Planning, Sales, Business Units, Manufacturing, and Operations teams and requires strong analytical skills, structured problem solving, and clear communication with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end supply chain execution for assigned product portfolios and customers
  • Lead delivery performance by proactively managing supply risks, priorities, and recovery actions
  • Partner cross‑functionally to resolve delivery issues and close gaps, with a focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence
  • Translate demand forecasts into actionable supply plans across manufacturing and operations
  • Prepare and communicate clear, concise supply status updates, risks, trade‑offs, and recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
  • Support customer‑ and market‑aligned discussions with data‑driven supply insights
  • Identify gaps between demand and supply and drive structured follow‑up with functional owners to improve execution outcomes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen supply chain responsiveness and operational excellence

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related discipline
  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or related roles
  • Experience operating in complex, cross‑functional environments
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including senior‑level presentations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Semiconductor or high‑technology industry experience with exposure to the data center ecosystem or related infrastructure markets
  • Experience supporting customer‑facing or market‑aligned supply chain roles
  • Background or hands‑on experience with supply chain planning systems, data, or analytics tools

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $112,000 to $154,000.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.

  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
