The Senior Director of Partnerships will lead and manage strategic partnerships for Andela. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining high-value relationships with key stakeholders, including technology partners, vendors, clients, and industry influencers. The Senior Director of Partnerships will work closely with executive leadership to align partnership strategies with the company’s overall business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership Development:

  • Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities that align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Develop and execute strategies to build and maintain relationships with technology partners, vendors, and clients.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.

Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
  • Manage and oversee the performance of existing partnerships, ensuring that all parties meet their commitments and derive maximum value.
  • Facilitate regular communication and collaboration between partners and internal teams.

Business Development:

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnerships.
  • Leverage partnerships to drive revenue growth and expand the company’s market presence.
  • Develop joint go-to-market strategies with partners to enhance service offerings and market reach.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal departments, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Provide insights and feedback to internal teams based on partner interactions and market trends.

Market Analysis and Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape related to partnerships.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT services and consulting.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Develop and maintain metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of partnership strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to executive leadership on partnership performance and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role in the IT services or consulting industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CRM software and partnership management tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
