Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison between various stakeholders. The position demands coordinating efforts across teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing challenges to meet project goals effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to align technical efforts with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Strong experience in data governance processes and master data management principles.
- Ability to design and configure workflows and data models within the SAP MDG environment.
- Experience in integrating SAP MDG with other enterprise systems and applications.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to master data governance.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori and user interface customization for enhanced user experience.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
