What you’ll do:

• Discover insights: Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive business transformation.

• Build smarter models: Develop machine learning models and algorithms to solve challenging business problems.

• Collaborate to innovate: Work with diverse teams to design and implement scalable data solutions.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience: 3-5 years in data science, machine learning, or related fields. Familiarity with tools like Python, R, and SQL is essential.

• Skills: Proficiency in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Also exceptional written and spoken skills in Dutch & English. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

• Mindset: A curious problem-solver with a passion for turning data into stories.
