Service Operations Representative

Role Summary

The Service Operations Representative provides frontline support for the Service Operations organization by managing inquiries received through the Service Ops email box and assisting with entitlement, renewal, and order-related questions. This role ensures accurate routing, timely follow-up, and quality data updates across systems to support HP’s Service Sales and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to incoming requests in the Service Ops email box, ensuring timely and accurate handling of customer and internal inquiries.
  • Research and resolve questions related to service renewals, entitlements, cancellations, and order validation.
  • Identify when requests need to be escalated and route them to the correct team or system owner.
  • Perform data validation and updates in OSS, IQ, and S4 to correct errors or align records.
  • Support Service Sales and Operations by providing accurate account, contract, and entitlement information.
  • Assist with process documentation, training references, and cross-team coordination.
  • Participate in cross-training to provide backup coverage for other Service Ops functions.

 

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in a high-tech industry, preferably dealing with CRM and entitlement processing
  • Previous experience with administrative work and customer service preferred.
  • Advanced English is a must
