Job Description

Job Title: Internship Investment Program

Location: Philadelphia and Boston offices

Role Type: Full-time Internship

Period: June 2nd – August 8th, 2025 (10 weeks)

What You'll Do

We offer investment expertise across different key asset classes and markets so that our clients can capture investment potential wherever it arises. By combining market and economic insight with technology and diverse perspectives, we look for optimal ways to help investors navigate the future and reach their financial goals.  And by putting environmental, social and governance (ESG) considerations at the heart of our process, we seek to find the most sustainable investment opportunities globally. The combination of our research, thematic thinking, ESG best practice and extensive on-the-ground analysis helps us find the most sustainable future-fit investment opportunities globally.

We look to place interns throughout our investment areas, including:

  • Equities

  • Fixed Income

  • Alternatives

Throughout the program, you can access e-learning courses, a structured development plan, and networking opportunities with senior leaders and colleagues.

What We Look For

We are looking for undergraduates in their junior year of studies, from diverse academic backgrounds but ideally with an interest in Finance.

Ideal candidates will have excellent analytical skills, be client-focused, collaborative and be strategic thinkers with a futurist mindset.  Being able to demonstrate you have strong communication and organisation skills is also important.

Please note that you must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident or possess other unrestricted U.S. work authorization and will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future.

Our Graduate Program

Upon completing your internship, you’ll be considered for our 24-month rotational graduate program, starting in September 2026. This offers a supportive environment to gain skills, experience, and industry qualifications.
