Job Description

Technology Risk, Finance and Regulatory Reporting. The team oversees First line risk for technology in Europe including, Root Cause analysis on emerging issues, tracking of Continuous improvement deliveries and evolving Technology Strategy for the Bank. This includes new initiatives and delivering new technology, products and services to US Bank Europe

List Responsibilities

  • Analysis of requirements, capabilities and solutions for new Technology deliveries
  • Review of Controls, Processes and Procedures from a risk Perspective
  • Track outcomes, escalations and planned activities from Daily Stand-ups, Weekly meetings.
  • Develop and shape formal updates and presentations to governance forums and Executive Steering Committees
  • Contribute to team meetings, take ownership of actions and support senior staff while learning the main aspects of the role.

Basic qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Technology, Strategy or Business Development related) with a target completion date of May 2027/2028
  • Understanding of financial technology and payments market
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail 
  • Ability to start summer internship on 1 Jun 2026

Preferred qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of financial products and technology
  • Strong in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good technical Acumen and strong- problem solving capabilities
