The Senior Financial Analyst will support the Going, Going, Gone! chain, partner closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to support the company-wide i360 initiative, and drive enhanced inventory analytics & reporting inclusive of clearance, overall lifecycle management, and obsolescence.

Going, Going, Gone! (GGG!) Financial Support:

  • Lead the preparation and delivery of monthly and quarterly business reviews, with a focus on expense management and revenue optimization
  • Develop and maintain forecasts, budgets, and long‑range planning models related to GGG! performance
  • Provide trend and profitability analysis to guide business partners in decision-making process
  • Identify and communicate trends, risks, and opportunities across sales, margin, inventory productivity, and operating expenses
  • Partner with Store Operations, PAR, and Merchandising to evaluate financial impacts of business initiatives

Inventory Analytics:                        

  • Support cross-functional teams in optimizing inventory levels and improving working capital efficiency through i360 initiative
  • Develop new and enhance existing reporting rhythms focused on inventory health, productivity, and aging
  • Partner closely with the Accounting team on monthly and quarterly inventory obsolescence forecasts
  • Develop dashboards and KPI tracking tools for inventory turn, aging, productivity
  • Build analyses to identify unproductive or slow‑moving inventory

Ad hoc Analysis:

  • Execute ad-hoc analytics to support PAR and Merchandising inventory strategies
  • Develop financial models to support scenario and what-if analytics
  • Communicate financial insights and recommendations to key stakeholders to make informed decisions

Coaching & Developing:

  • Provide indirect supervision and mentoring to Financial Analysts and/or Financial Rotational Program Trainees.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree-MBA/CPA a plus

  • 5-7 Years of Experience

  • Prefer knowledge of MS Excel, PeopleSoft Financials and Hyperion
