Job summary:

We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst - Chapter Lead to drive business analysis excellence within ResMed’s Global ERP Transformation Program (Genesis ERP). This role will be instrumental in defining and implementing structured business analysis frameworks, ensuring that business requirements are effectively captured, documented, and translated into system designs that align with ResMed’s strategic and operational goals.

In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of business analysts, ensuring consistency in methodologies and execution while working closely with functional leads, business stakeholders, and technology partners.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Define and implement a structured business analysis framework aligned with ERP transformation goals.
• Collaborate with our Systems Integration (SI) Partner, functional leads, and business stakeholders to elicit, validate, and document business requirements.
• Analyze and document business processes across key functions such as finance, supply chain, customer service, and manufacturing to translate them into ERP system designs.
• Facilitate structured workshops, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions to ensure alignment across global business units.
• Work closely with data governance, security, and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements such as SOX, GDPR, and ISO13485.
• Build and mentor a team of business analysts, ensuring best practices in ERP analysis, requirements management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business analysis effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Assess and recommend ERP capabilities, integrations, and enhancements based on business needs.
• Contribute to stakeholder communications, including materials for governance and decision-making forums.

What You Bring

• Extensive experience in business analysis methodologies, including BPMN, UML, and Agile/Scrum techniques.
• Strong expertise in business process modeling tools and business analysis frameworks (e.g., BABOK).
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence executive leadership, business teams, and technical experts.
• Highly analytical mindset, with the ability to assess business challenges, recommend innovative solutions, and drive strategic decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading ERP business analysis in a global organization.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or other cloud-based ERP solutions.
• Certification in business analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum Master).
• Understanding of data management principles and integration architectures.
