About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced Senior Lead with expertise in designing and implementing innovative Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) live monitoring processes. Live monitoring will address external supplier risk with a focus on Financial Stability, Category / Fourth Party / Geo-political / Macro-Economic / Cyber risks, and adverse media. The successful candidate will spearhead the creation, refinement, and rollout of new monitoring frameworks, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure robust and dynamic real-time oversight.
In this role, you will:
Lead the development, documentation, and enhancement of TPRM live monitoring processes, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and adaptability.
Design and implement new frameworks for live monitoring of external supplier risk, focusing on workflow, procedures, and system integration.
Establish and refine best practices for process governance, incident management, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the enterprise to collect requirements, align objectives, and facilitate smooth process adoption.
Develop training materials and conduct sessions to ensure team proficiency in new monitoring processes.
Evaluate and select appropriate market data and TPRM tools and technologies that support the goals of the live monitoring process.
Design dashboards, reports, and documentation to communicate process status and outcomes to relevant audiences.
Promote a culture of process optimization
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in live monitoring, utilization of market data service providers, TPRM platforms, and process design and implementation.
Proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing complex operational processes.
Experience with Third Party Risk Management.
Strong skills in documentation, process mapping, and training development.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.
Experience evaluating and integrating process-supporting tools and technologies.
Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, BPM).
Experience leading process design in dynamic or mission-critical settings.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
