What you will be doing:

As part of Conductiv’s offering, Conductiv provides expertise and guidance on Customer’s current agreements in Purchased Services. This role will work with the Customer Success & Sourcing Operations groups of Conductiv. The primary responsibility of this individual will be to coordinate the various aspects of supplier involvement in the procurement process, although the successful candidate will be required to perform basic analytical tasks (review of contract and historical spend data, etc.) as well. Strong organizational, communication, analytical and time management skills, are critical to succeeding in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibility #1 – 100%

Product Engagement, Sourcing Support, and Customer Support

  • Coordinate client/supplier communications

  • Coordinate the collection and summarization of supplier spend data

  • Support supplier involvement in the competitive bid process

  • Manage project timelines and supplier communication

  • Track and report supplier and client responses to various project milestones and other related tasks

  • Utilize desktop sharing applications to train suppliers on Conductiv technology

  • Manage several projects concurrently

  • Coordination of internal/external meetings

  • Answering technical support tickets for customers and suppliers

  • Responding to chats/tickets via Zendesk for support

  • Building RFx events in the platform


​Required Qualifications

Work Experience:

Years of Applicable Experience - 2 or more years

Education:

High School Diploma or GED (Required)


 

Preferred Qualifications

Skills:

  • Experience working with ZenDesk, Monday.com, ChurnZero, Pendo.IO, Tray.IO, and/or Salesforce

  • Experience with business applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, & PowerPoint is required

  • Strong communication skills required (excellent phone demeanor)

  • Multi-tasking capabilities

  • Attention to detail is necessary to perform this role successfully

Experience:

  • Healthcare experience

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree

Physical Demands: Sedentary: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves remaining stationary most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if movement is required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.


 

Premier’s compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier’s internal salary range for this role is $43,000 - $79,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
