Responsibilities:

• Repair of mechanical seals, mainly from pumps, agitators, and other rotating machines

• Service calls at our customers' premises, including installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting

• Internal order processing, such as creating work plans and order tracking

• Documentation and quality control of the work performed in accordance with internal standards/customer requirements

• Participation in on-call duty

Qualifications:

•  Completed vocational training in a technical field

• Experience in working with rotating machines, knowledge of mechanical seals is an advantage

• Confident use of common IT applications (e.g., MS Office, SAP)

• Class B driver's license

• Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 10% per year)

• Reliable, independent, and results-oriented approach to work

• Good written and spoken German and English skills
