Job Summary
Reporting to the Chief Investment Officer, the Finance Coordinator supports the CIO and works closely with our Transactions, Capital Markets, and Public Finance teams. The Finance Coordinator contributes to daily operations by organizing project workflows, performing introductory financial modeling & analysis, and providing team operational assistance. The position offers meaningful exposure to all facets of our investment teams to continue one’s professional development in financial analysis and decision making within commercial real estate. We are seeking a detail oriented, proactive individual who is eager to develop analytical skills, deepen financial knowledge, and take on increasing responsibility in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist with financial analysis, including cash flow projections, real estate valuation, credit analysis, and sensitivity analysis.
Support underwriting and due diligence processes.
Assist in market research and site analysis, including review of local regulations.
Assist in preparing financial presentations and reports.
Schedule and coordinate investment and transaction review meetings across the organization.
Coordinate and assist the execution of action items from team meetings.
Support ad-hoc financial modeling and analytical projects as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
1-2 years of relevant experience in Commercial Real Estate or related industries
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, real estate, or related field
Experience with Argus is a plus
Excellent organization and time management skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and independently manage workload and projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and introductory financial modeling

Work Environment
Bedrock is an in-person, five-day-a-week workplace. All team members are expected to work on site Monday through Friday during standard business hours, unless otherwise specified by their role or designated shift. Some roles may have flexibility to work remotely on Fridays, based on the nature of the work and business needs. This flexibility is granted at the discretion of the Company and may be adjusted at any time.
